How do I connect to NTL ?

With NTL Broadband you will connect to the Internet via a separate standalone cable modem or the cable modem which is built into your digital TV set top box. The type of service will depend on where you live in the country.

There's no need to worry about installation. Once NTL have installed the Broadband Internet cable connection to your house either via the standalone cable modem unit or digital TV set-top box, they provide you with a Broadband Installer CD-Rom and easy to follow instructions for you to get up and running.
